  2. These Terms may be amended at any time with or without notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
  3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
  4. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

§2. Provision of Services

  1. The Website and all services provided through it are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
  2. The Website owner reserves the right, at any time and without notice or liability, to:
    a) modify or discontinue any part of the Website or services,
    b) delete, suspend, or modify any content or data provided by Users,
    c) perform maintenance and technical interruptions.
  3. The Website owner shall not be liable for delays, data loss, inaccuracies, service interruptions, or any failure in the performance of the Website.

§3. User Responsibilities and Registration

  1. Certain functionalities may require User registration.
  2. By registering, the User represents and warrants that:

    b) the User is at least thirteen (13) years of age,

    d) accuracy and reliability of information.
  3. The Website owner does not guarantee that:
    a) the Website will operate without interruption,
    b) the Website will be error-free, secure, or virus-free,
    c) downloaded content is safe or free of harmful components.
  4. Any use of content or information obtained through the Website is at the User’s own risk.

§8. Limitation of Liability

  2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of the Website owner.

§12. Claims and Time Limitations

Any claim arising out of the use of the Website must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose. After this period, the claim shall be permanently barred.

§13. Return Policy

  1. General Return Conditions
    1. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns.
    2. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
    3. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
    4. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    5. Refunds or credit may be issued only after the item is inspected and confirmed to be in “sold as new” condition.
  2. Damaged Goods
    1. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
    2. If a shipment arrives damaged, the Customer must:
      a) note the damage on the bill of lading,
      b) obtain the courier’s signature confirming the damage,
      c) contact Customer Service within 5 days at: [Company Email],
      d) etain the packaging and damaged merchandise for inspection.

3. Return Exceptions

  1. Certain special-order parts or products are non-returnable.
  2. Protective overlays cannot be returned if the peel-off backing has been removed.
  3. Items must be unused and in “as new” condition to qualify for a return.
